Acting in corporate settings
Using actors for role-play in HR surroundings (mystery-shopping, assessment centres, training) and using actors for corporate purposes in general (presentations, kick-offs, introductions) has now become common practice in many parts of the world. Actors can reinforce meaning and reflect behaviour. They can mask and "unmask" themselves and the poeple they interact with. Actors are a highly interactive medium that, if put to the right use, will have strong and lasting effects on their “audience,” e.g. the participants in a training or workshop.
- “I am organising a training and I am looking for an actor/co-trainer to deepen the experience of role-playing”
- “We have a conference and want to have a joyful and meaningful interactive program”
- “I am a trainer and would like to broaden my understanding of using actors and drama techniques”
